Our Role

Latestfarm Pest Control is a referral and marketing service connecting homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not perform general pest control, termite treatment, rodent control, wildlife removal, exclusion or any other pest services.

Calls to the number on this site and form submissions may be routed to an independent provider or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

Compensation

Latestfarm Pest Control may be compensated by providers or marketing partners for calls, form submissions or other referrals. Payment may depend on factors such as call length or whether a call is answered. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.

Compensation does not change the provider's price to you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Independent Providers

Providers are independent businesses, not employees, agents or partners of Latestfarm Pest Control. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Estimates, pricing and terms
• Products and methods
• Quality and timing of work
• Licenses, permits and insurance
• Communication and conduct

A referral is not an endorsement or a guarantee of work. Because of our compensation arrangements, the provider you are connected with may depend on which providers are in our network at the time.

Your Choice

You are never obligated to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, verify credentials, get a written estimate and compare quotes before deciding.

Call Recording

Calls through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing.
