How Our Network Works

Connect with a provider

Who Calls You Back

Your request goes to an independent pest or wildlife provider who serves your area, or to a marketing partner who works with local providers. The person you speak with works for the provider, not for Latestfarm Pest Control. They schedule the inspection, answer questions about the work and give you the estimate.

What the First Call Covers

Expect a short, practical call:

  • What you have seen and where
  • How long it has been going on
  • Children, pets or health concerns in the home
  • Access to the basement, attic and crawl space
  • Days and times that work for a visit

If an animal is inside the living space, say so first. Have photos ready if you took any. Mention any steps you already tried, such as store sprays or traps, so the provider knows what has been disturbed.

Questions to Ask the Provider

Are you licensed and insured? Good answer: yes, with proof on request.

What is the problem, and what is the evidence? Good answer: a specific pest and the signs shown to you.

Which method and product? Good answer: named, with the reason it fits your home and the safety steps.

How many visits and over what period? Good answer: a number and a time frame in writing.

What if it comes back? Good answer: a stated re-service period in writing.

Is there a contract? Good answer: clear length, renewal and cancellation terms.

Red flags: pressure to sign today, no written estimate, vague answers on products, refusal to show a license.

You Control the Decision

Review the estimate, compare it with another quote if you want, and decide on your schedule. Use the same questions with each provider so the answers line up. A provider who welcomes the questions is usually a better fit than one who avoids them. There is no obligation to hire anyone you speak with through Latestfarm Pest Control.
