Complaints Procedure
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Latestfarm Pest Control should get fair, honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page sets out how to complain and what to expect. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Complain About
- Your experience contacting Latestfarm Pest Control
- How your personal information was handled
- Site information you believe is unclear or incorrect
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Provider Complaints
Providers in our network are independent businesses responsible for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. For a problem with work done in your home, raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.
Tell us as well. Provider feedback keeps the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Latestfarm Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
For concerns about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Nebraska.
